Before making the shift to the service side, I spent time as a Parts Professional, giving me a solid understanding of how things work. Now, as a Service Advisor with 4.5 years of experience, I bring that knowledge to help customers in any situation. Originally from Omaha, I graduated from Fort Calhoun High School. I enjoy getting to know people and am committed to making sure every customer is taken care of. I find I'm easy to get along with and understanding. I have a genuine interest in discussing whatever the customer wants, whether it's the latest movie, sports, or something else entirely. Outside of work, I enjoy a good round of golf, and watching baseball, basketball, and football. I'm also a fan of Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Marvel. Plus, I'm forklift certified. Currently, I am working for ONYX Automotive. I'm focused on learning everything I can about JLR and their products. I like to keep things light when appropriate but I am also reliable and serious when it's needed.

As my new service advisor, he went above and beyond to ensure my Range Rover was in top shape. Showed me the cabin filter- There is a “ glitch” with the dash blacking out- he is speaking with Lee and Cody to try and fix it… I’m happy with my visit- he was very professional.

Service fell short of expectations. My vehicle was not ready at the promised 2 PM pickup and I received no updates, then it was returned without the requested cleaning. Apologies were given, but there was no ownership, follow up, or effort to resolve the situation. 7 is a generous score out of 10.
