What stood out most was her communication and follow-through. She never made me feel dismissed, and she handled a complicated situation with patience and professionalism from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone in service who combines knowledge, efficiency, and empathy the way she does. While the situation itself was far from ideal, Dru made a difficult experience significantly easier to navigate. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with her.
